The impeccable services of LaundroKart makes sure we don't knock your door second time for returns or refunds. We passionately hope our customers will be pleased with our services but just in case you are not, firstly we regret, secondly we abide to accept returns and refunds in accordance with the Returns and Refunds policies described in the following sections.
RECEIVING DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS :
1. If you receive a damaged / defective Product or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you have to inform our customer service along with a supporting photograph of the same within 24 hrs of delivery of such a Product(s).
2. Upon receiving your complaint, we shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint.
3. Returns Policy - In order to return any Products, please comply with the following:
(a) Please notify us the receipt of a damaged/ defective Product or product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order within 24-hours of delivery of such a Product. If you are unable to do so within 24-hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
(b) Products should be unused.
(c) Photograph supporting the damage should be sent across to customer support to validate the same.
(d) If our verification indicates that your complaint is valid, we will arrange for the pick-up of the damaged/defective Product through our own logistics partner. If we are unable to do so, we will notify you of the same and you will be required to dispatch the Product using a reputed courier in your area within one (1) day of receipt of such notice. Courier freight charges will be reimbursed in such form as is determined by the logistics team upon prior consultation with us.
(e) If a Product returned is duly accepted by us, in our sole discretion, we will either repair the product or the value of such Product, as originally paid by you, will be refunded to you.
(f) All such refunds will be processed based on the mode of payment and either we or the approved payment gateway will credit your refunds directly to your debit/credit card or online accounts or provide you with a cheque in this regard. Refunds will be subject to the following terms:
Orders paid online will be refunded within 7-21 working days through the online account or via cheque, depending on the then current circumstances as determined by us.
Cash on Delivery payments, will be refunded via cheque.
6. You may cancel the order up until the actual date of despatch without giving a reason.
7. Procedure to be followed to cancel an order - Customer may cancel an order at any time prior to the date of delivery. To cancel an order the customer must call customer service to request for a cancellation. The customer may be asked to email the cancellation request as well. Our Customer Service team will process the order cancellation and confirm the same within 5 business days. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of processing the cancellation.
WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS :
8. Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. We do not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident, rough use or use which is inappropriate for a product. Within the warranty period, we will, at our sole option, repair or replace parts of the product that fail in normal use. Such repair or replacement shall not extend the warranty period which shall remain one year from the date of purchase.
9. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
