Terms & conditions
- The Refer a Friend programme (the “Programme”) is offered by Kleenco On Demand Services Pvt Ltd (“LaundroKart”) to its existing registered customers.
- Every registered customer (the “Referrer”) has a unique referral code, available in their LaundroKart account.
- A “Referee” is a new customer who has not previously registered or ordered with LaundroKart and who signs up using a Referrer’s referral code.
- When the Referee’s first order is completed and paid in full, the Referrer receives ₹250 and the Referee receives ₹250, credited as LaundroKart “LK Credits”.
- LK Credits are promotional store credits, valid for 30 days from the date they are credited, usable towards eligible LaundroKart orders. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The referral code must be entered by the Referee at sign-up, before their first order. It cannot be applied to past orders or added afterwards.
- Cancelled, refunded, unpaid or incomplete orders do not qualify for the reward.
- One reward per new Referee. Self-referrals and multiple or duplicate accounts — including the same phone number, device, address or payment method used to open more than one account — are not permitted, and may result in reversal of credits and suspension of the account(s).
- The reward amount, validity and eligibility shown at the time of referral apply. LaundroKart may change, pause or withdraw the Programme at any time without prior notice.
- LaundroKart may withhold or reverse credits, and disqualify any customer, in cases of fraud, abuse or breach of these terms. LaundroKart’s decision is final.
- The Programme is available for service in LaundroKart’s operational areas (Bengaluru) and is subject to LaundroKart’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
